We are again sharing this information with you so that you are able to see in advance when you’ll receive a letter asking for a monetary contribution. In the current economic climate, we feel that this is much better than having a surprise letter with a deadline of a few weeks.

Due to the nature of booking these experiences, we do need to point out that the costs are as accurate as we can get them right now. Most of these bookings are confirmed however some elements are not fully confirmed yet. When you do receive the letter about an individual visit, you should expect the cost to be very close to the amount shown in the table.

Another important thing to note is that we strongly encourage year teams to enrich their teaching with trips and experiences and if an opportunity arises mid year we may introduce another exciting event. Consideration will be given to value for money and the existing financial outlay in that year group before we make firm commitments. You will of course be notified in the usual way if this does happen.
